Will I receive an order confirmation?Yes. Immediately after successful payment, you'll receive an order confirmation email with your order number, items ordered, delivery address, and estimated delivery timeline. Check this email for your order details and keep it for reference.

Where do you ship?We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom only. This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We are based in London and are committed to UK customers. European expansion is planned for the future.

How long does delivery take?Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from order confirmation. This timeline accounts for:
Order processing and personal review by us,
Manual packaging (ensuring quality and care),
Handoff to our fulfillment center partner,
Royal Mail or courier delivery.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package leaves our facility.

What if my package doesn't arrive?If your package doesn't arrive within the estimated delivery window:

Allow 1-2 additional days for Royal Mail or courier delays (weather, holidays, etc.)

What is your return policy?We want you completely satisfied with every Meg Skincare product. Here's our return policy: Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
Conditions: Products must be unused and in original, sealed packaging Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery Proof of purchase (order number) required

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?Yes. Our formulations are specifically designed for sensitive skin:
